How Are We Celebrating 50 Years Of London Pride?
The 1st July 1972 marked the first ever London Pride march. This year on the 2nd July 2022, London Pride returns for its first in-person march post lockdowns, marking 50 years of London Pride.
A milestone for London's LGBTQ+ community, we asked Archie, Elouiza, Shiva, Elliot and Prishita for their thoughts on what we've achieved over the past 50 years, and what their hopes are in the next 50 years to come.
As well as creating this film, we could think of no better way to celebrate 50 years of London Pride than to join the parade ourselves - so if you're able to attend, be sure to keep an eye out for us at this year's march on Saturday the 2nd July! We'll be bringing messages of empowerment, pride and unity - all of which are at the very core of what we do as a brand born from the unmet needs of the LGBTQ+ community.
For June, we're also donating 15% from every order placed on our website to our chosen charity: Not A Phase.
WHY?
Not A Phase is an incredible charity that helps create space for trans+ adults - many of whom are the most marginalized in our current society.
