If you would like to return your products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email with your order number and your reasons for wanting a return. The costs of shipping your product to you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the product has been opened after delivery, we can’t accept returns or refunds unless the product is faulty/damaged upon arrival. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery, you will be liable for the costs of return shipping.
UK, EUROPE AND REST OF WORLD = We require for you to send your returned items back to us via tracked shipment at your own cost. In the unlikely event that your return does not arrive back to us, and was not sent via tracked shipment, we will not be liable for the costs of this.
USA = We will provide you with a prepaid label to send your returned items back to us. The costing of this will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 10 – 14 working days from our receipt of your return for us to process your refund, though please be advised that it may take up to 3 – 5 working days for any refunds to appear on your bank statement.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the agreed amount should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days.
We will not provide a refund if there are no defects with the items and they have been opened or used. In such circumstances, we will notify you of this and will offer for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
If you request a refund but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of your request, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
INCORRECT DELIVERY, DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS, INCOMPLETE ORDERS
We always aim to ensure that our customers receive the best experience possible, however very occasionally some orders may experience issues due to human error, mishandling from our shipping providers or other factors outside of our control.
If your order is shipped to the wrong address, does not contain the items you ordered or if any of the goods inside are damaged/faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will try to resolve this for you. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days to this email.
Depending on the circumstances, we will either offer to resend the affected products to you or we will offer you a refund for the products affected.
